Yes, absolutely. We provide complete documentation support including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and quality certificates. Our experienced team assists with customs procedures to ensure smooth clearance at your destination port.

For established customers with good payment history, we offer flexible terms including 30-day credit periods. Letter of Credit (L/C at sight or usance) is also accepted for larger orders.

Minimum order quantities vary by material type. For most scrap materials, we require a minimum of one container load (approximately 20-28 tons). However, we can accommodate smaller trial orders for new customers to test quality before committing to larger volumes.
